Thanks Pamela, your candid reflection on the challenges of productivity and the pursuit of personal goals amidst daily distractions is both relatable and inspiring. Your honesty about the struggle to maintain focus and prioritise tasks resonates deeply, a gentle reminder that it's okay to be imperfect and that each moment offers an opportunity for renewal and mindfulness.

Hi Pamela! This post really resonates, so thank you for writing it! As a dad of two toddlers, any hours I find between childcare and my full-time career are so precious and charged with possibility that I just feel awful when I don’t use them the “right” way. Like you, I’m always trying to grow and improve, but the darker side of that is how easy it is to feel guilty for not, well, being perfect all the time. I’m working on getting better at giving myself grace, which I suppose should be part of any self-improvement plan. Thank you again for this lovely post!
